All week I have been going on about teapigs tea. Well, now it’s your chance to win some!
Included in the prize (pictured above) is:
- 15 Darjeeling teapigs tea temples
- 15 Darjeeling Earl Grey teapigs tea temples
- 15 Lemon & Ginger teapigs tea temples
- 30g jar of teapigs organic premium Matcha Green Tea powder
- measuring scoop for the green tea
- teapigs branded shot glass
- Matcha button badge
The value of the prize is £37.47 (based on prices quoted on the teapigs website on 6th August 2014, other retailers may vary) which doesn’t include the cost of the glass, scoop and unbelievably cute button badge!
{In case you missed it, I talked about the green tea here and the Darjeeling tea here. The only tea I haven’t mentioned is the Lemon and Ginger – it’s very gingery and a great cup of tea to wake you up.}
So what do you have to do to enter?
There are three ways you can put your name in the pot, simply click on the link below and either ‘like’ The Pink Rose Bakery on Facebook, leave a comment or tweet a message. Each one you do increases your chances of winning.
The giveaway will be open for one week (closing date 14th August 2014) and the winner will be announced on Monday 18th August. Unfortunately the giveaway is only open to UK residents.
But don’t be too sad if you don’t win, you can still use the 10% discount code until the end of August, just enter pinkrose at the checkout (exclusions apply – not applicable on matcha kits, cheeky deals and pick & mix)
On your marks, get set, go!

In love, love, love with all things Teapigs! The Matcha is the best I’ve tasted and I’ve just got back from travelling Asia and nothing compares! Pop it in smoothie or make a hot cup of green tea lemon and ginger and it will go with anything.

Hey Kirsten. Your Darjeeling Tea Loaf has made my breaks at work utterly magical – I’ve finally mastered the recipe after ahem…4 attempts (I’ll include a picture on Twitter). I’m totally addicted to slurrrrping a teapigs Lemon & Ginger before breakfast. Keep up the unique recipes I lavvvv them. N xo

Hi Nicola, thank you so much for your comments. I love hearing from people who have made the recipes and enjoyed them.
I put too much tea in the first one I made and it was very squidgy and very moist! I had to use a fork to eat it, but it was still yummy.
I am a fan of a slice of lemon in hot water first thing in the morning but sometimes I put in a lemon & ginger tea bag as well if I feel I need a wake-up

😦 never mind, I’ll make do with the four different kinds of tea I already have in the cupboard… Who knew that rose and vanilla tea would make such a delicious jelly…

Rose and vanilla tea jelly – sounds interesting! Haven’t thought of making jelly out of tea before, maybe I should!

Have you tried Earl Grey custard? You infuse the leaves in the milk/cream until it takes on the mildest bergamot and tea flavour… It’s a slightly strange colour, but the flavour is very nice!

No, I haven’t. Have seen many a recipe for Earl Grey Creme Brûlée, which is kind of the same thing, only with the crunchy sugar on the top! Not ventured into it yet though.
